HOW IT WORKS:

1. Secure a countywide license and appoint one primary account administrator.  Annual license fees start as low as $200 per month. 2. Add/configure all associated agencies, districts and school buildings within your program.  Your license will accommodate ALL participants within your county. 3. Add/configure all associated school and district staff members to receive alerts and be granted login credentials.  Our team can upload your data from a properly organized CSV file. 4. Provide your unique URL (landing page) and/or QR Code to all trained and participating first responder agencies. 1. If applicable, encourage participating agencies to bookmark the link on all agency-issued devices. 5. When first responders complete the form on the account landing page - alerts are automatically sent to predefined recipients. 6. District and school officials log into the platform to access student information, and follow YOUR Handle With Care protocols.
